E, si a venit si vestea mult asteptata de trancerii romani, aceea ca Sensation White se organizeaza in Romania! Stiu, suna ireal, dar totusi se intampla! Evenimentul va avea loc in data de 21 aprilie 2012 in Pavilionul Central Romexpo Bucuresti. Biletele se pot comanda pe www.eventim.ro si au preturi cuprinse intre 175 LEI si 770 LEI. Sensation Romania se intituleaza "The Ocean of White".
Inca nu a fost anuntat Line Up-ul dar, avand in vedere ca e un eveniment marca Sensation, cu siguranta nu vor lipsi numele mari din domeniu.
Asa ca lume, puneti mana de va luati bilete sa ne intalnim cu totii in ziua evenimentului pentru a petrece o noapte incredibila.

Eeee, si ma mai apuca uneori nostalgia si-mi amintesc de cate o piesa draga. Cati dintre voi isi amintesc de piesa celor de la Sax Project, "The click song" . Dupa mine, este o piesa bestiala. Are tot ce-i trebuie pentru o piesa disco-house, pe care sa te misti energic pe ringul de dans.
Eram la mare prin 2003 daca nu ma insel cand am auzit-o prima data si mi s-au aprins imediat "beculetele". Am mers la DJ-ul care punea muzica pe plaja sa il intreb cum se numeste piesa.
Cercetand un pic pe net, am aflat ca defapt piesa originala e mult mai veche, fiind vorba despre René Et Gaston - Vallée De Larmes, piesa ce dateaza de prin '94.

Multa lume spune ca Tiësto nu mai e ce-a fost, ca nu mai are acel stil care l-a facut remarcat la inceputul anilor 2000. As inclina sa le dau partial dreptate celor care cred asta, si mie mi s-a parut ca piesele lui au devenit "fade". Insa din cand in cand mai scoate cate o piesa care-l readuce in inimile fanilor. Un bun exemplu este "Maximal Crazy", o piesa energica ce te face sa te ridici de pe scaun si sa incepi sa sari pe ritmurile ei. Cu aceasta piesa Tiësto castiga un plus de simpatie din partea mea, si demonstreaza ca inca nu s-a "uzat", asa cum dupa parerea mea a facut-o Davin Guetta cu toate piesele sale comerciale... Asadar.... Gooo Tiësto!

Intrucat tot mai multe persoane ajung pe blog cautand melodia de la reclama Orange, m-am hotarat sa postez si piesa de la ultima reclama Orange, cea care a rulat toata luna decembrie 2011 si inca mai ruleaza in ianuarie 2012. Pentru ca anul 2011 tocmai s-a incheiat, cred ca e momentul potrivit pentru a alege superlativele in materie de trance. Si pentru ca e un blog subiectiv, am sa-mi rezerv placerea de a alege piesa care dupa parerea mea se incadreaza la categoria "Una dintre cele mai bune piese trance a tuturor timpurilor". O piesa ce-mi treseste amintiri placute din vremea adolescentei. Eram tot timpul cu televizorul pe VIVA doar ca sa reascult aceasta melodie . Una dintre cele mai reusite creatii ale lui Dj Sakin. "Nomansland" este o prelucrare a temei muzicale a filmului "Braveheart".

Desi trebuia mai demult sa fac acest review, abia acum i-a venit randul.Dash Berlin, pe numele lui adevarat Jeff X. Sutorius, este un talentat DJ olandez. Acesta si-a descoperit pasiunea pentru muzica electronica, mai precis trance, inca din perioada adolescentei fiind inspirat de artisti pioneri la acea vreme in ale trance-ului precum Sven Väth, Oliver Lieb sau Sander Kleinenberg reusind in scurt timp sa-si creeze un stil propriu inovativ. La debutul carierei de Dj, Dash mixa oriunde, petreceri private, mall-uri sau petreceri ilegale in diverse depozite. Dash a devenit Dash Berlin dupa ce a mixat la cunoscutul eveniment international Love Parade, fiind impresionat de numarul de oameni prezenti la parada ce a avut loc in Berlin (peste 1 milion de persoane). Cel care l-a descoperit si l-a lansat in "lumea buna" a muzicii electronice a fost Armin van Buuren, acesta din urma fiind impresionat de stilul inovativ al lui Dash.

Prima piesa lansata pe piata a fost "Till The SkyFalls Down" realizata in colaborare cu Armin van Buuren si prezenta pe arhicunoscutul album al lui Armin, "Universal Religion" lansat in 2007. Si cum am ajuns in sfarsit la piesa "Waiting" ce face obiectul review-lui de astazi, sa o analizam un pic.
Piesa este realizata in colaborare cu artista de origine australiana Emma Hewitt. Piesa este cel de-al 3-lea extras de pe albumul de debut al lui Dash Berlin, "The New Daylight", si totodata cel de-al treilea hit.
Piesa apartine genului trance cu influente progressive. Stilul "futurist" al lui Dash se imbina perfect cu vocea extraordina a Emmei. O adevarata piesa trance, plina de energie si cu un sunet clar, numai buna de ascultat la drum lung in masina. Si totusi, pe langa energia unei piese trance, aceasta melodie are si parfum de romantism, vocea calda a Emmei Hewitt si versurile evidentiind acest lucru.

John Puzzle revine in forta pe piata muzicala cu o noua piesa: Hear The Colours. Pe langa titlul inteligent ales, piesa se remarca printr-un sound "european", o voce feminina deosebita (apropo Ionut, cui ii apartine vocea? stiu ai spus ca vom afla la lansarea videoclipului, dar parca nu avem rabdare pana atunci... ). Piesa apartine genului progressive-house si este deja difuzata pe mai toate posturile de radio de profil. De mult nu mai ascultasem Gigi D'Agostino. Iar azi, intamplator s-a strecurat in playlistul meu aceasta piesa minunata "L'amour Tojours", cunoscuta si sub numele "I'll fly with you". Ehe, ce amintiri placute starneste aceasta melodie... de pe la inceputul anilor 2000. Piesa a fost lansata in anul 2001 pe albumul cu acelasi nume, avand un succes instantaneu. Am avut discutii aprinse cu cineva din alta generatie care spunea ca muzica electronica a zilelor noastre e de duzina, se asculta o luna, doua si apoi nu mai aude nimeni nimic de ea. Desi in mare parte e adevarat, sunt si creatii care nu se demodeaza niciodata, le reasculti dupa ani de zile de la lansare cu aceeasi placere. "L'amour Toujours" este dovada vie ca muzica electronica de calitate nu moare niciodata. Gigi D'Agostino ramane unul din marii DJ ai Europei si l-as putea include intr-o selecta categorie a "Clasicilor".

Astazi va supun atentiei o piesa superba semnata Chicane : Poppiholla. Se pare ca cei de la Chicane au prelucrat piesa Hoppipolla a celor de la Sigur Rós (o formatie din Islanda). Poppiholla este o piesa relaxanta . De remarcat prezenta pianului in instrumentalul melodiei. Aceasta creatie muzicala poate fi considerata pe drept o piesa de referinta a celor de la Chicane. Videoclipul filmat in alb-negru este deosebit, pare ca militeaza impotriva rasismului.

E, uite ca cei de la Fly Project nu stau degeaba. In iarna aceasta, pe cand majoritatea dintre noi eram ba la munte, ba acasa "la sorici si sarmale", mai erau si oameni care munceau. Da, cei de la Fly Project trageau tare pe ultima suta de metri a anului 2009, lucrau in studio la o piesa nou-nouta. Asa s-au gandit ei sa inceapa anul, cu o piesa noua si culmea ... foarte tare! Dupa ce vara trecuta ne-au lovit cu nonconformista piesa "UNISEX", acum la inceput de 2010 vor sa ne dea pe spate de tot cu "Mandala". Imi place, imi place noul stil pe care l-au adoptat cei de la Fly Project. Piesa este "sticky", o data ascultata nu ti-o mai poti scoate din minte, se intipareste undeva acolo in subconstient si iti da o stare de bine intreaga zi ... Ce weed-shop-uri tata, ia si-asculta: Oooo maaalee, mandala, oo male mandala... malee mandala!

Anya feat. Jayko - One

Este o piesa care a prins foarte bine iarna aceasta. Colaborarea dintre Anya si Jayko a fost una de bun augur. Melodia mi-a placut din prima clipa, atat partea instrumentala (Jayko demonstrand ca este un Dj desavarsit ce stie sa-si aleaga beat-urile) cat si partea vocala, Anya avand o voce calda si un timbru vocal aparte. Sper ca acest proiect sa continuie, cat despre piesa "One", sper sa o vad prezenta in marile topuri internationale, "macar in top 10" :) .
PS: Am inteles ca Anya a parasit trupa HI-Q, spun eu ca a facut alegerea corecta, i se potriveste mai bine stilul dance-club. Mult succes Jayko, mult succes Anya, continuati pe stilul acesta!

O piesa care este difuzata destul de des in aceasta perioada de sfarsit de an la radio este Tiesto feat Sneaky Sound System - I will be here (Wolfgang Gartner remix) . Piesa foarte reusita, cu bituri deosebite . Cand am ascultat-o prima oara nu stiam nici cui ii apartine piesa nici cum se numeste, iar la refren intelegeam "I will be sure" in loc de "I will be here" :) . Oricum tipa care canta pronunta intr-un fel mai deosebit pe "here". Am ascultat si originalul acestei piese, am vazut si videoclipul, insa acest remix mi se pare mai reusit. Asadar piesa de nota 10, ramane doar sa ai un sistem audio puternic sa o asculti .

Cunoasteti piesa "Popcorn" compusa de Gershon Kingsley in 1969? Banuiesc ca toata lumea o stie, daca nu dupa denumire macar dupa linia melodica. Aceasta a devenit foarte cunoscuta abia in 1972 atunci cand Stan Free, membru al trupei Hot Butter, a inregistrat-o pe unul din albumele lor.
De atunci o multime de trupe au facut cover-uri dupa aceasta piesa.

Cu ceva timp in urma am deschis un sondaj cu titlul "Cat de des iesi in club?"

Astazi sondajul s-a incheiat iar rezultatele sunt urmatoarele:

CAT DE DES IESI IN CLUB?

In fiecare saptamana - 25% (14 voturi)
O data la 2 saptamani - 1% (1 vot)
O data pe luna - 14% (8 voturi)
De cateva ori pe an - 35% (19 voturi)

Rezultatele arata oarecum starea de spirit a tinerilor din ziua de astazi care, spun eu, e una pozitiva, lumea inca se mai distreaza chiar daca e criza economica.

Va mai amintiti de piesa "Vibratii" a celor de la K-Pital? Ce vremuri... Iata ca DJ-ii nostri nu au uitat-o si au scos-o iar in fata. Acesta este remixul lui DJ ION ENERGIE, zic eu un remix reusit, macar prin prisma faptului ca ne readuce aminte de anii tineretii. Concert Above & Beyond in Romania: anulat!

Concertul Above & Beyond care trebuia sa aiba loc pe 3 iulie in Constanta in cadrul festivalului "Kings of Trance" a fost anulat. Conform informatiilor de pe site-ul oficial al celor de la Above & Beyond, acest concert care ar fi trebuit sa aibe loc in cadrul unui show pe o plaja din Constanta intitulat "Kings Of Trance", a fost anulat. Nu se stie motivul anularii concertului. Foarte pacat, fanii din Romania ar fi meritat acest concert. Sper totusi ca poate, Above & Beyond vor fi prezenti in acest an in Romania, chiar daca mai tarziu (mai bine mai tarziu decat niciodata). Stiu ca multi artisti isi aleg tarile in care vor avea concerte in functie de numarul de albume vandute. Sunt sigur ca in Romania adevaratii fani A & B cumpara albumele lor, insa sunt multi care ori nu gasesc sa cumpere albumele, ori nu sunt atat de infocati si se multumesc doar sa downloadeze muzica lor, ori poate pur si simplu nu au banii necesari. Asadar, poate un pic de educatie in ceea ce priveste achizitionarea muzicii artistilor preferati ar face ca tara noastra sa fie o destinatie nelipsita din calendarul turneelor internationale.

Tune Review: Nya - All the time

M-am gandit ca incepand de saptamana aceasta sa incep o rubrica de review-uri pentru piese din sfera muzicii electronice, autohtone sau de pe meleaguri indepartate. Rubrica o sa se numeasca Tune Review. Ce-si propune aceasta rubrica? Sa luam la "puricat" in fiecare saptamana o piesa. Vom analiza sound-ul, versurile, artistul, potentialul piesei, daca va prinde sau nu si la ce scara, nationala, internationala.
Am sa incep cu piesa Nya - All the time
Nya este o tanara artista, descoperita de cei de la RBA. Da, stiu, pare ciudat, RBA, o casa de discuri "specializata" in principal pe muzica etno, are mai nou si proiecte din zona muzicii electronice. Dupa Kristine cu piesa Se Thelo, RBA lanseaza un nou proiect Nya cu piesa All the time.
Instrumentalul piesei este destul de reusit, aduce un pic cu sound-urile occidentale, insa parca nu iese din tiparul pieselor dance/house romanesti lansate in ultimul timp. Sunt cateva sunete intalnite si la alte piese romanesti. Sunt curios cine o fi compozitorul piesei, pentru ca nu am gasit pe nicaieri scris pet acest detaliu .Dupa sunetul de acordeon si alte cateva, as fi tentat sa spun ca e Edward Maya. Pe de alta parte, parca mai regasesc cateva sunete asemanatoare cu cele din piesa Dj Layla feat. Alissa - Single Lady.
Vocea imi place, este destul de buna, se suprapune foarte bine pe negativ. Asadar fata are potential.
Oricum e de laudat acest proiect, e bine ca romanii exploreaza tot mai mult taramurile muzicii electronice si vor sa se impuna si pe piata internationala. Ii urez succes lui Nya (sau Nyei, alegeti varianta corecta:) ) si sa vina pe viitor cu piese din ce in ce mai bune.
Acum vreau sa aud si parerile voastre. Ascultati piesa si dati-va cu parerea despre orice legat de aceasta. Critica, critica si iar critica , pozitiva sau negativa :)

EDITED : Revin cu noutati. Compozitorul piesei nu este Edward Maya cum am presupus initial. M-au corectat chiar adevaratii compozitori ai acestei melodii in primul comentariu la acest articol:) Asadar, cei care au creat Nya - "All the time" sunt Alex Toma, Nony Borsan si Skripa Anatolii. Toti fac parte din echipa DAW (Digital Audio Worlplace) despre care puteti afla mai multe pe site-ul lor www.daw.ro . Cei 3 ne-au anuntat IN EXCLUSIVITATE (ce-mi place sa folosesc expresii de-astea de pe la TV :) ) ca va urma un remix la aceasta piesa , precum si o piesa nou nouta!
